I would have rated 4 stars if I had been informed the sauce is not free and the surcharge is $4 per person.
There is no sign or verbal reminder at all to us until I dished some sauces on my plate.
The portion for the Hotspot Soup is quite small, I forgot to take the photos for the half plate seafood and half chicken. It is quite expensive, that two of us spent around $200 after discount. The soup is very tasty and fresh, however it’s not worth $100 per person. It is very ironic, customers spend hundreds to order the hotspot soup but still have to pay additional $4 per person just to get some sauces.
Not recommend the Fotiaoqiang hotspot soup.
